Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 7 days (excluding weekends or national holidays) of being issued the return label. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. If an item does not work out for you, the item can only be exchanged for store credit that can be used towards another order.
